BARTOSZ
STĘPIŃSKI
Born in 1992. A graduate of the ZSP im. Jacek Malczewski in Czestochowa, awarded by the observer of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice for the overall diploma. From 2012 to 2017, a student at the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts. Wladyslaw Strzeminski in Lodz at the Faculty of Graphic Arts and Painting.
In his work, he combines tradition with modern tools. His work is characterized by numerous references to the mythologies of ancient cultures, looking for mutual similarities and references in them, he reinterprets them to present his own view of the world in this way.
He has devoted his work to acrylic painting, and his experiments with this technique are evident in his workshop. He prepares designs for his paintings based on digital collage, 3D modeling and drawing, so a tablet and electronic pen take the place of a sketchbook in his studio.
